Treadmill Tuesday.

Removed_for_publication2

So today was the day that I got back on the treadmill after what had inadvertently become a two week holiday hiatus!  I didn't mean to fall off the wagon for that long.  It just sort of happened.  One day the holiday stuff started getting busier and busier so I skipped a day and then another and before I knew it, I'd miss two weeks of workouts.  Darn.  So, like a good girl, I got back into the swing of things today.  And I must admit that even though I don't enjoy working out in the least, it really wasn't so bad.  Want to know my secret??  I bribe myself with a new paper crafting magazine to savor while I'm on the treadmill.  :)  Whatever works, right??  Obviously the magazine doesn't do me any good while I'm doing weights or sit-ups or the like, but I'll tell you one thing.....20 or 30 minutes flies by in a blink when you're studying a magazine about the things you love while walking your legs off!  Hahaha!  So there you have it.  My first workout tip of 2009 for you.  (Don't hold your breath waiting for the next workout tip though!)  The great thing about working out (besides the obvious health benefits) is that I really do feel like I have more energy afterward.  Even though I may feel tired from the workout, I have more energy.  Make sense?  :)

Well that turned out to be a lot of rambling about nothing, didn't it?!  LOL!  Oh well.....consider it your little nudge to get back into your own workout routine, if you ended up on 'holiday break' like I did!

On to today's card, which is, I'm sure why you're here in the first place, right??  I used more of the Hand Drawn patterned paper from SU! and more Loop to Loop rub-ons.  Pretty nifty, huh??  I was feeling totally UNcreative tonight by the time I got in the studio and then I remembered that I'd been wanting to make a card with a white base and some sort of punched patterned papers and.....that's how this card was born.  Hee.

Have a great night, Peeps, and I'll chat atchya tomorrow.  (Bet you can hardly wait for that!  LOL!!!)
