Hello there! Welcome to the 2011 Hero Arts Catalog Blog Hop!! I'm so thrilled to have been asked to play along today. I've got a few fun projects to share with you, using some of the newest Hero Arts stamp sets!
First up is a pretty little card set I created using the new Congrats 4x6 CL488 clear stamp set.
On each card, I used one of the pretty frames as well as a sentiment, all from the Congrats 4x6 stamp set. The sentiment/frame panels were layered on a paper doily as well as a bit of ribbon and patterned paper. I inked the edges of each layer with a bit of tea dye ink and stitched the patterned paper layer to the card base with my sewing machine.
I love how I could easily package these together and have a darling gift to give, OR I could keep them for myself to have on hand when I need to drop a card in the mail to a loved one! ;)
I also couldn't resist whipping up a little set of gift tags that would be SO fun to use for perhaps 3 different girls in your household this Christmas! You wouldn't even need to include names on the gift tags, if one cameo image was designated for each girl. Cute and FUN!
These cameo images are all from the 3 Silhouettes LP195 wood mounted stamp set and I had SO much fun adding rhinestones to accent each girl's hair style!
