Hello there, dearies....
Just thought I'd pop in tonight and share THIS RECIPE with you. I found this on Pinterest (of course) :) and fixed it for dinner tonight. You know me and soup.....love. The great thing about this soup is that not only did I love it, but it also got two thumbs up from Bartley. In fact, he suggested we add it to the regular meal repertoire! There's a ringing endorsement for you! Plus, other than the cheese and a bit of butter, it's super healthy! Lots of veggies. (I skipped the flour, to make it even a bit healthier)
Hope you're having a great week. I've been missing blogging every day lately, but I'm keeping very busy working on product design and unfortunately there just aren't enough hours in the day to do both sometimes. It's all good though....just means more fun stuff is coming your way, right? :)
Take care and do me a favor and try this soup! You won't be sorry! Oh, and just so you know, I will totally be doubling this recipe next time. It made enough for the two of us for one meal with just a bit leftover for one person to have, maybe at lunch. I'm more of a make-a-whole-huge-pot-and-eat-leftovers-for-at-least-a-day-or-two kind of girl. :) But that's just me.
Before I go, how about a few fun links for you? Washi tape is so fun and soooo popular these days. Have you seen these new tapes from Bazzill at Two Peas?
Wayfarer Paper Tape -- love this combo!
Vintage Marketplace Paper Tape -- how adorable is that measuring tape?!
Avalon Paper Tape -- ahhh....that aqua gingham makes me smile.
Also, Ellen Hutson has a really cute new line from Basic Grey. How adorable are these wooden buttons?!!
And these fabric brads?!!
You can pop over to Ellen's store to see the all of the other coordinating items from the Konnichiwa Collection. Cute, cute!
All righty, peeps.....I'm off to spend a little time with my boys. We've been taking Windsor to the dog park every morning and letting him wear himself out running and playing with other dogs. It's his favorite part of the day! :) He's a totally different dog (meaning, he's completely pooped out! Ha!) the rest of the day after getting a good workout at the park in the morning. Plus, I have to say that it makes me soooo happy to watch him run and play and have so much fun. You can see it all over his face, how happy he is to be there. He love, LOVES all the other dogs but he also runs around to all of the owners for some lovin' too. He's so funny. Anyone that will play with him or love on him -- dog or human -- is his friend for life. Sweet boy.
We'll chat again soon.
Smooches,
