Thought I'd pop in today with a book report for you! With Christmas fast approaching and me knitting Christmas gifts whenever I get a spare minute, I haven't had quite so much time for reading these days. However, I still usually try to read at breakfast or lunch, and just finished this book that I wanted to recommend. It's a good one!
The Governess of Highland Hall by Carrie Turansky
This one doesn't have any major mystery or intrigue, but it does have it's fair share of family drama and a good old-fashioned love story. It also has a bit of a Downton Abbey feel, with it's focus on the family "upstairs" as well as the servants "downstairs". Give it a try....I think you'll like it! This would also make a great Christmas gift for the reader on your list!
