Bart and I at dinner our first night in Sydney. We went with John & Lynn to "est Restaurant" which was a "Three Chef Hats" restaurant (really highly rated). Turned out to be so fun and fancy (and spendy - ha!) but so worth it for the memories. Four servers brought our main courses out to the table and served us all at exactly the same time, it was quite the production and we loved it.
