Amazing Details
I am completely fascinated by that spiral, diagonal column -- each of those diagonal windows has a narrow balcony in front of it, with doors that open right off a huge winding staircase inside the house. Would have been used to step outside for a bit of air, or to greet guests as they were arriving out front. Man, I wanted to walk out one of those little doors and stand on one of those tiny balconies!
