Happy Monday!

Hi Chickies! Hope your Monday was a good one. (Yes, it is POSSIBLE to have a good Monday! Hahaha!) Mine was all right. I'm working on magazine subs in the studio, but wanted to time out long enough to upload a card for you today! How's this for bright and cheery?? :) And, those that know me, know how much I like pink and orange together and have even been known to wear pink and orange eye shadow together on occasion! FUN!! (No, I don't look like a floozy when I do! Heehee! But, it's definitely fun and colorful!)

Tomorrow is Tuesday so that means I'll have a card for you from Beate's Be Inspired challenge.....I LOVE this week's card! That's all I'm sayin'! Check back tomorrow! ;)

Hi there! I'm Dawn McVey and I'd like to welcome you to my little corner of the internet. My hope is that you'll find this place warm and welcoming! I'm an artist with a heart for God. During those years of being so sick, I got lots of practice learning how to choose joy in the midst of extreme suffering! ;) I'm so, so grateful for all that the Lord has done in our lives to bless us and to bring me to a place of health! He used that long season of illness to draw us closer to Him and we've also seen Him use our transplant story in amazing ways, to pour faith, hope and joy into the lives of others. Those years of struggle were so hard, but I wouldn't trade them because I can see how He was with us every step of the way and how He was using every bit of it for our good and His glory. My hope now, is that I can encourage you to choose joy in the midst of your own struggles. While you're here, I hope you laugh or smile or find some inspiration and encouragement. I hope you enjoy your time with me and ultimately, I hope you see some of HIM while you're here. He is everything. Much love, friends…
