Hey All!
One thing I hear a lot of people say is that they don't know what to do with patterned paper. Or they try to use it but they end up staring at it with no ideas for how to use it. OR, it's just so pretty, it's too hard to cut it up and use it! Heehee!
If you've ever said any of these things, then this is the card project for you!! Don't know how to use patterned paper?? Why not cover the entire front of your card with a beautiful pattern?? Who says you have to use it in little pieces? Who says you even have to have a border around the paper? No one!! It's YOUR paper and you know how much you love it, so why not make some beautiful cards that you'll be so proud to use or give as gifts! Just cover the whole front of your card, add a few well placed embellies and voila! Beautiful cards in minutes!!
Oh and check out this DE-LISH ric rac I picked up!! It's by American Crafts and I found it at Michael's! It's a perfect go-with-everything color and notice how well it coordinates with kraft paper!! Love that!
Oh, and for those of you that are wondering, yes....I did cut out those circles by hand because at present, I don't have a circle punch or die that perfectly fits my monogram stamper. It's SO on my wish list now though! :)
Here are close up's of each card individually, just in case you wanted to see each one.
Hope you all have a fab evening and I'll chat with you tomorrow!!
Smooches!
