Hi Crew! So I had such a great time with the CPS sketch #79 yesterday, that I decided to make another one using the Remember Stamp Set from Papertrey Ink that my friend Lisa Johnson designed.
A couple of tips for you -- to get the stamped images bright enough, I used SU's tempting turquoise ink instead of taken with teal. I just felt like the taken with teal ink was coming out too light to use with all the bright colors on this card. It just wasn't workin' for me. :) However, I think the tempting turquoise handled the job just fine!
Another tip for you -- I "stamped off" the solid flower & leaf images once on scratch paper before stamping them on my card stock so that the solid image would be a little lighter to allow the line image to show up better. One thing to note - I've found that if you stamp the line image first, then it's much easier to line up the solid image over the top of the line image. You can get a virtually perfect match up every time!
Also, notice how well the spring moss grosgrain ribbon from Papertrey coordinates with SU!'s old olive card stock and ink! I also used Hero Arts gemstones in teal and olive which were perfect matches for this card!
