Hi sweet friends,
How is your Wednesday going? I hope you're doing well today. It has been rain, rain, raining here.....all day. One of those soft, gentle rains that just makes me want to snuggle up at home with my hubby and a good book (or an episode of the Love Boat on DVD! Hee.) and maybe a cuppa. Oh, and sweet Riley-boy laying under our legs between the automan and the love seat. (his own personal hide-out) Fall is definitely in the air today with all the rain and the crisp, cool 59* temp, and I just love that. I love that the cool weather makes me look forward to the changing leaves and sweater season and football on tv on Sunday afternoons (and Monday nights.....and Thursday nights.....oh, and Sat. afternoons - which also means plenty of paper-crafting time in the studio. LOL!). :) I love that this weather makes me look forward to fires crackling in our fireplace and warm pots of soup on the stove and brownies....definitely brownies. These things make me feel all warm and fuzzy.....content. How about you? Do they make you feel happy and content or something else?
I'd love to hear your thoughts on the subject. Or maybe you can't even think about fall because it's still 100* where you live! You can tell me that too. :)
Whatever your thoughts are about fall, I pray for you today, that you would feel happy and content and at rest. We can all use a little more of those things in our lives, can't we?
