Hi-ya, Happy Tuesday! It's time again for Beate's Inspiration Challenge so I busted out my Out on a Limb stamp set from Papertrey for this card. I stamped the flowers on the branches and then used the berry stamp with some Metallic Gold ink to add some shimmer over the top of the flowers. I decided to go with some gold shimmer touches on the card instead of the silver and bronze from the inspiration photo.
I also used a piece of cork that was cut out with the Top Note die from Stampin' Up! using a Big Shot, thanks to Rebecca who sent me this when she sent me that fun balsa wood! (Thanks R!) I just punched holes out with my paper piercer all the way around the cork and used some DMC floss to stitch around it.
Be sure to check out what Beate and the other girls came up with over at Beate's Blog! Thanks so much for stopping by today!
Hope your day is fabulous!
Can you see the gold berries? They're shimmery in real life, and so is that Gold Shimmer card stock that I used for the card base! FUN!
