All righty, well remember yesterday's blog post where I told you that I'd made four note cards for Beate's inspiration challenge, but that I had some more cards in the works based on that same challenge? Here they are! They use those great colors from the inspiration photo and they're super similar to the ones I made yesterday, but they're super fun too! I think we sometimes forget how striking a little heat embossing can be when you just use clear embossing powder on solid colored card stock. It's especially cool when you have some bold, graphic images like these botanicals.
You can see here that I just heat embossed using clear embossing powder. Easy peasy, but a very cool effect.
And here, I stamped the sentiments on vellum and adhered them to a piece of white card stock using a glue dot and a mini library clip. Those clips are too darn cute!!
Anyway, that's all I have for you today. I am seriously needing to replenish the birthday card section of my card stash box.....I think I'm always saying that, aren't I? What can I say? We go thru a lot of birthday cards here in these parts! :)
Hope you have all had a great day and for those of you watching Dancing With the Stars tonight.......happy dancing!
