Hi All! Merry Christmas Eve to you! I'm still wrap, wrap, wrapping over here. I'm usually way more ahead of the game than this, but this Christmas season has been a busy one! But, I thought I'd take a quick sec to share a card with you today, that can be found in the Jan/Feb 2009 issue of Paper Crafts Magazine. Oh, how I love the colors on the cover of this issue! So fun! So cheery! So refreshing! Way to go, Paper Crafts!
Christmas Gift Wrapping Tip: These are floral 'picks' that you can buy at Michael's, JoAnn's, Hobby Lobby, etc. I love to keep this container of them on hand as I'm wrapping my gifts, so that I can tuck one into the bow on the gifts. I love the festive little touch they add and you can usually get them on sale - several for a dollar. I realize that it's too late for most of you to do this now, but if you can snatch some up on clearance right after Christmas, you'll be all set for next year! ;)
As soon as we have dinner, we'll be off to a Christmas Eve service at our church. I'm so glad we can take time out of our busy schedule to stop and reflect on the true meaning of Christmas. I just feel like God has poured so many blessings into my life this year. I'm so thankful. The Christmas Eve service is always such a sweet, sweet one to attend. Candles and Christmas carols and a message about love and hope and joy. Everyone is always so jolly..........I truly love the Christmas Eve service and the feeling of peace that comes with it. Will you get the chance to attend a Christmas service at church this year? If so, I hope you come away feeling blessed and refreshed and full of peace and contentment.
Merry, merry Christmas!
