Hi there Peeps,
I get emails pretty much weekly now asking for tips on how to get published and while I love interacting with you girls one on one and am happy to answer questions, I find that I'm kind of answering these same questions over and over so I thought maybe it was time to create a tip sheet for you here at the blog-o to hopefully answer the questions I've been asked and maybe even help those of you that have wondered but haven't gotten around to asking yet about getting published.
Please know that I'm NOT an expert at this at all! I'm just sharing a few tips with you that I've learned along the way as I've been published, and after reading my Publishing Tips page, if you still have questions, just post them in the comments section at the bottom of that page and maybe I'll do a follow-up post answering all of your questions at once. Sound good? :)
I will leave the Publishing Tips page over on the left in my side bar from now on, so if you need to come back and reference it at a later date, it'll be easy for you to find. I've also added an FAQ page and moved my list of publications to a separate page now as well. Just trying to make things a little more user-friendly for you around here! *wink!*

And now, for those of you that just want to SEE THE CARDS, let's talk about today's cards! Haha! This first one uses the beautiful Friends 'Til the End set......the flowers are amazing but have I told you how much I love the sentiments in this set?? They're sooooo great! I also used a couple colors of the super fun Bitty Dot Basics patterned paper.......Mmmmmm!
(That brown button is one from my Rusty Pickle stash)
And this card.......well, how fun is it?! The "sending hugs" sentiment is another from Friends 'Til the End and I used my Curly Label punch from Stampin' Up! to punch out those fun label shapes from Papertrey's Black & White Basics patterned paper collection. So simple but kind of eye-catching....don't you think?!
All right Kids.....American Idol is on and after that I'm hoping to get crafty! Have a great night/day (depending on what part of the world you're reading from!).
Toodle-loo!
