Hey there! Thought I'd pop in here with another post for you today....to share this week's cards and designers that I think deserve to be In the Spotlight, plus the card I created for this week's Color Challenge.
I decided to bust out a few of my Hero Arts stamps for the making of this card. The pretty little frame, the sentiment & the swirly flourish under the sentiment are all from their Frames & Messages clear stamp set and the butterfly is from their Artistic Butterflies wood stamp set.
I stamped the butterfly in Papertrey's spring moss color and then spruced it up a bit by adding a spring moss button and some glitter. I also stitched the little butterfly trail on my sewing machine. And of course, those are more of Papertrey's new Polka Dot Basics II dots on the background, just stamped in versamark ink.
And now, let's check out who's In the Spotlight this week.....
A. Amber R.
B. Ange Kelly
D. Elise
E. Heather P.
F. Jennie
G. Julie Lacey
I. Laura Bassen
K. Lori
L. Maile Belles
M. Melanie S.
O. Sue Pardue
Thanks so much to each of you that played along this week. I hope you know how proud I am of you.......you definitely don't make the decision easy on me! ;) (That's a GOOD thing!)
Have a goodie!
