Hello there, my dear friends....
How are you this evening? I hope that your week is going well so far. I have spent the bulk of my day working on the computer so this evening, while my sweet hubs had to run out for a meeting, I decided to leave the computer behind, sneak upstairs and get a little paper-crafty. I pulled out lots of things I love for this one -- fabulously girly colors, polka dots, glitter, buttons, etc and of course, these great Hero Arts stamps. Plus, I just love Paris! Hope we get to go back some day. :)
I used my two-way glue pen to trace a border right along the edge of my sentiment panel and then sprinkled on some Martha Stewart glitter in Smoky Quartz. I love this little technique because it adds such pizzazz and really makes a simple sentiment look more like a true focal point.
All of the stamps I used on this card are Hero's wood mounted stamps. The sentiment stamp is the Paris stamp, the beautiful background is called Antique Flower Background, and that great French script stamp is one from the Artistic Windows set. I had a great time putting this card together....just the ticket after a day spent on the computer.
Have a great evening....I'll chat atchya soon!
