Hi there and welcome to another fun Group Post where Nichole gave all of us on the Design Team the challenge of creating a super simple holiday card that anyone could easily reproduce. I absolutely loved this challenge.....I paired my Vintage Ornaments & Vintage Ornaments Additions sets with Nichole's new Giga Guide Lines -- what a winning combination! Is that background pattern gorgeous or what?! That's just one of the beautiful images from the new Giga Guide Lines set and I stamped it with VersaMark ink on my kraft card base. I just love how pretty that is!
The sentiment is one from Vintage Ornaments and I paired it with a little red button. The border across the bottom of the card is a cinch to do with a punch, but really adds a bit of a pop to the card's overall design.
I stamped my large Vintage Ornament in pure poppy ink and then stamped the double stripe border stamp in dark chocolate over the top of the ornament. And get this -- the medium sized rhinestones that come in the pack you can get from Papertrey Ink fit perfectly between the double lined border on the ornament! Handy, right?
And I just thought I'd show you just how pretty Giga Guide Lines is all by itself. Don't you think these make lovely little simple note cards? You could easily give a set of these as a gift! (That's VersaMark ink stamped on kraft card stock.)
And even if you wanted to kick it up a notch, you could add the pretty border! Still, a great year-round appropriate note card set that could be used yourself or given away as quick and easy, but beautiful gifts. I could so see these being sold in a cute little boutique-y store!
