Hello there and welcome!! It's Day 2 of the big Anniversary Celebration at Papertrey Ink! Today Nichole is introducing the Stamp Designer Team for 2010 and she's got another fun challenge for you with a big prize up for grabs!!
To get things started, here's a FREE birthday graphic that I've designed which you can download and use on a project of your own!
And just to get your creative juices flowing a bit, here's a card that I made using my free birthday graphic! Pretty fun, huh? I designed the graphic to coordinate with a 1 3/4" circle punch and then I layered it on a super jumbo scalloped circle in dark chocolate.
Another fun bit about this card is that I used the free library card graphic that Heather Nichols designed and posted on her blog awhile back. (Thank you, Heather!) SO cute, isn't it? And you can go download it for yourself too!
The pure poppy layer was stamped with one of the images from Background Basics: Diamonds and the scallops on the sides are some strips of bitty box basics paper in berry sorbet, punched with my EK Success diamond lace punch. I finished things off with a few berry sorbet and dark chocolate buttons as well as a little dark chocolate grosgrain knot.
Each member of the 2010 Papertrey Stamp Designer Team has created a birthday image for you to download, print and utilize as an embellishment for a handmade birthday card, wishing Papertrey a happy birthday! After creating your project, upload a photo of it to your blog or online gallery, then proceed to Nichole's blog and link your photo there within the Mister Linky box provided. You can enter one project for EACH designer's graphic, so you can have up to NINE entries total, meaning nine chances to win!
Don't delay, because you only have until Wednesday February 3rd, 7am EST to enter this contest! I feel so, so blessed and grateful for each of the opportunities that I've been given thru Papertrey. Being on the design team and being a stamp designer for Papertrey are both dreams come true for me and honestly, it's still such a thrill even after being on both teams for a little while now. Each new stamp set release is exciting. Each month when my DT box arrives I am a bit giddy to dig in and get busy crafting. Being a part of each Countdown is a joy.
