So, we're on our way home, but we've got one more overnight stay before we get there. :) On our first trip to Europe a few years ago, we met a really great couple that were on the same 18-day bus tour as us. We've stayed in touch with Lars & Wanda ever since and I'm so glad. They celebrated their first wedding anniversary while we were on that trip and since then, they've had their first baby who's not a baby anymore! Hee. They happen to live in LA and since we're flying thru LA on our way home, we're soooo excited to get to stay over one night, with our super sweet friends!
They're going to take us to see the Hollywood sign (my request) and Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills (also my request) :) and beyond that, I'm not sure what all else. Truth be told, it will probably partially depend on how tired we are after the 14 hour flight from Australia to LA but regardless of what we do or don't do, we're so looking forward to spending a bit of time with dear friends before we head out on the last leg of our journey home. Can't wait to take some pictures........maybe we'll see a celebrity??? :)
