So one of the really fun features of the Papertrey booth at CHA this year was that each of the designers on the Papertrey Design Team created a kite to be displayed in the booth, to go with the "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" theme of the booth. That meant lots of fun, cheery kites hanging on display! I'll be sure and share photos of the actual booth display once I get settled in and get the photos edited, but in the meantime, I thought you might enjoy seeing pictures of the kite I created for CHA.
I used the CHA exclusive free-gift-with-$100 purchase stamp set -- Four Of A Kind -- to stamp the leaf pattern on my kite. I also stamped and cut out a few extra leaf clusters to tuck in behind some of the flowers. Then I added flowers that I created with the Beautiful Blooms II dies and raspberry fizz card stock.
I also added a raspberry fizz scalloped border around the kite, using the small scallop border die. The button centers and ribbon are both the new Harvest Gold color.
