Reader Alert: Hijacker Husband

I have only interjected myself directly into Dawn's blogworld one other time....when she was ill & I sought your thoughts & prayers for her. This will be the 2nd time, & I hope that it will be many more years (if EVER again!) that there would be a reason for you to hear directly from me. May I just say THANK YOU---a thousand times over----for your overwhelming demonstration of love & support at this very challenging time in our lives. Riley was an abundant blessing to us. As you can probably imagine & also relate, from a spouse's standpoint, there is very little that brings one more pain than to see the one person that is most special & important in life have to experience the trauma that an event such as this brings. Reading your kind words means more to both of us than all of you will ever know, & Dawn is truly blessed to have people such as yourselves in her life. Many of your own stories reflect just how much we all have in common, & that no one is an island....even though each of us may feel that way at some point in our lives. Please know how much your efforts & prayers are appreciated. We thank God for you, & may each of you be blessed & comforted in your times of need, as you have so graciously showered blessings & comfort upon Dawn & me....................Bart
