Hello there and a very happy Friday to you! Just thought I'd pop in and say hi and share a few iPhone snaps I took this week, here at the McVey Ranch. :)
Above are the flowers on our kitchen table this week. Bartley stopped in at the store on the way home from work the other day (you know, since I hardly leave the house anymore during the week - ha!), and these were a little something extra that he picked up.....they were not on the shopping list. Goodness, I love that man.
I finally cleared off a shelf in the studio, that was housing old crafting goods that I no longer use, in order to make room for lots of Studio Calico goodness. My favorite part about the shelf now though, is that row of Mister Huey's along the front edge of the shelf. They're all lined up like misty little toy soldiers.....just waiting for their turn to play. As you can see by the spray up under the caps on some of them, they've already been put to good use. I'm really, really liking these little guys. Two Peas has lots of Mister Huey's colors here. While you're over there though, don't forget to check out the Calico Shine spray....my new love. I should probably also mention that Two Peas is having a Fall Clearance Sale right now....over 6,000 items on sale! You know.....just in case you want some retail therapy over the weekend. I'm here to help. :)
And how about a little sneak peek at Windsor's first time in the baby pool?! Heeeeee. Goodness, that was fun. I let him get it in again today (2nd time) and he was still a bit tentative, but definitely more brave than the first time. Cute boy. The puppy trainer came again yesterday and we had a really great session....we had been having quite a bit of trouble with Win biting (not chewing, but actual biting) and suddenly not doing very well walking on leash. But after a little bit of time with Win, she quickly let us know that WE were the problem and not Windsor! Haha. So, we're working on our puppy training skillzzz and he's been AWESOME today. Poor baby. If we'd just give him the proper corrections right when he needs them, he'd probably be awesome all the time! :) Ahhh.....anyway, he's been a little love muffin today. Very lovey and mostly obedient. It's like a completely different puppy than just a couple days ago. I'm hoping it STICKS! (for us AND him!)
