I give you......the basketball player puppy and his referee daddy. Heeeeeee.
So, I'm not normally one to dress up my pets in clothes. Some people do that. I don't. Except for this one time. I think it was something to do with this adorable puppy and the fact that we found out that PetSmart makes a basketball player costume for puppies. And the fact that I happen to have a {real} basketball referee for a husband. I couldn't resist. I had to dress him up......just this once. And I'm not sorry I did. :)
It was totally worth the $11 we spent on the costume, just for these two pictures alone. Totally worth the money. They crack me up every time I look at them!!
Just look at Windsor's face here.....
I know the poor boy is probably thinking, "Seriously, Mama? How long do I have to wear this ridiculous costume?!"
Oh my gosh though....is that too funny, or what?!! LOL.
He actually wore the thing for pictures and then we took it off of him. But then, when the trick-or-treaters were supposed to start coming, we put it on him again and he wore it for maybe an hour. Problem is, he really wanted to chew on the stuffed arms and basketball! Hahaha.
We've only had 5 trick-or-treating kids so far. We've actually had more adult neighbors come to see Win's costume, than kids. :) In fact, one sweet friend brought Win treats (Milkbones) for Halloween! We may be short on kids but we definitely had fun while we were outside and now, the worn out little pupper is sound asleep on the kitchen floor. Sweet baby. He loves it when people come to visit. :)
