Make It Monday Video - Creating Large Frames From Smaller Frame Stamps

 

Hello there, sweet friends!

It's my turn to share a Make It Monday video for Papertrey Ink over at Nichole Heady's blog.  Here's the video and a couple pictures of the card I created with today's technique.

The video is all about taking a smaller frame stamp in your collection and using it to create larger frames....therefore, getting more mileage out of our stamps!!  For today's project, I used a Fillable Frames stamp to create that jumbo scalloped frame.

Here are a few other cards cards I've made recently, using this same technique.  Remember this one?

This one uses the oval frame from Simply Jane.....I used the same technique from the video, stamping the frame twice and 'hiding' the portion that's overlapped.

This card uses a circle frame from the Tag-Its line.....I simply stamped this one 4 times instead of 2, to create a really fun, large frame.
