Hi there!! Well, it's reveal time at Studio Calico so today I've got quite a few cards to share with you. This month, I worked with the main kit -- Story Hour as well as Maggie Holmes' new class kit -- Happy Little Moments. I used elements from one or both of these kits to create each of today's cards.
I used Papertrey's Frilly Flowers dies to create the flower on this first card.
We also did another Pinterest challenge this month. We each chose a photo on Pinterest to use as inspiration and below is the photo I chose.....it's a gorgeous project by the super sweet Tara Anderson. The above card is what I created.
I used several Papertrey dies on this one....Friendly Flower, Turning a New Leaf, and the small scalloped border die. The large heart was simply sketched out and hand cut.
The Wine Bottle Tag die was used here, on the chalkboard patterned paper. I also used the Beautiful Blooms II flower dies and the leaves from the Sending You die collection.
I used the double-ended banner die for the little flags in the corner on this one.
The new Beautiful Butterflies dies were used to create the book print butterfly here.
More Beautiful Blooms II flower dies were used on this little number as well as a limitless layers: 2 1/2" circle dies.
For the felt flower on this little 'hi' card, I used the Frilly Flowers dies again, and the flower is layered on a limitless layers: oval die cut.
I had a lot of fun with the kits this month. So many fun little bits and bobs....I hope you've enjoyed today's cards!
