Hi there! Well, it's officially release day at Papertrey Ink! Have you made your wish list and checked it twice? :) All of this month's new releases will be available for purchase tonight at 10pm EST.
I've got a few more projects to share with you today, that I made with the other sets from this month's release. First up, is a fun little card featuring a pair of new sets from this release as well as a couple previously released sets!
The card base is rustic cream card stock and I stamped one of the sentiments from Think Big Favorites #17 using new leaf ink. Next, I stamped a flourish from Fancy Flourishes with aqua mist ink. The new Framed Out #5 stamp set and die were used to create the tag layers and I topped it with a flower and leaves from Natural Beauties. The flower was stamped first with aqua mist ink followed by the shading image in new leaf ink. The center of the flower was also stamped with new leaf ink.
Next up is the new Lovely Layers stamp set. Goodness, I love this set.
The sentiment and all of the images on this card are all from Lovely Layers and the Lovely Layers dies were used to create the focal point.
This card was made using Happy Hexagons and the new Cover Plate: Hexagon.
This was a really fun color combo inspired by a quilt I saw on Pinterest.....the hexies are stamped with these inks: spring moss, ripe avocado, hibiscus burst, raspberry fizz, melon berry & terracotta tile.
Next up is Background Basics: Rainbows which I stamped on a piece of vintage book print.
The sentiment is one from my Tagged Sentiments set. I also added some of the new pure poppy pattern pack paper on the bottom of the card.
This card features Heart-2-Heart #5. The little banner as well as the "Celebrate" and "It's your special day!" are from Heart-2-Heart #5.
I paired the sentiments with the large "Happy birthday" from Think Big Favorites #12.
Lastly for today is a card using both Military Stars and Military Hero. I said this to Bartley just the other day (You are my hero), so I thought it'd be fun to make him a card with this same sentiment. :) The background was created with one of the star images from Military Stars.
I also used the new Limitless Layers: square dies paired with a Limitless Layers: 1 3/4" circle die and the smallest Seeing Stars die.
