A Papertrey Update

Hey there, friends...

In case you're here looking for my Knit Bits group post for Papertrey Ink today, I'm sorry to tell you that the products that I mentioned the other day, that are coming to me a bit late, haven't arrived yet! That means that my Knit Bits post is going to be a bit delayed. Also, just a head's up, that my Stitched Sentiments post that I told you was coming on the 16th, obviously may be a bit late now too. We'll just have to see if my missing product comes in time.

In the meantime, head over to Nichole Heady's blog for all of the other Design Team girls' posts today!

Thanks for your patience! Don't worry....as soon as I get those new goodies, I'll be sharing all of my projects! They'll be here.....they'll just be a little late this month. ;)

Hi there! I'm Dawn McVey and I'd like to welcome you to my little corner of the internet. My hope is that you'll find this place warm and welcoming! I'm an artist with a heart for God. I worked as a graphic designer for ten years, before starting my own art business. I love color and all things vintage! My handsome husband, Bart, is also my best friend. During those years of being so sick, I got lots of practice learning how to choose joy in the midst of extreme suffering! ;) I'm so, so grateful for all that the Lord has done in our lives to bless us and to bring me to a place of health! He used that long season of illness to draw us closer to Him and we've also seen Him use our transplant story in amazing ways, to pour faith, hope and joy into the lives of others. Those years of struggle were so hard, but I wouldn't trade them because I can see how He was with us every step of the way and how He was using every bit of it for our good and His glory. My hope now, is that I can encourage you to choose joy in the midst of your own struggles. While you're here, I hope you laugh or smile or find some inspiration and encouragement. I hope you enjoy your time with me and ultimately, I hope you see some of HIM while you're here. He is everything. Much love, friends…
