Time for another edition of My Favorite Things!!
Ok, my first Favorite Thing today, is actually a Ringtone on iTunes!! I can't figure out a way to link to a specific ringtone so you can listen to it here, so you'll just have to search this one in iTunes, but you won't be sorry you did!!!
It's called "Someone's Calling" by Imogen Heap. Imogen Heap happens to be on "The Holiday" soundtrack, and I've told you before how much I LOVE that movie, so when I heard this ringtone, I could. not. stop. smiling!! Go ahead.....pull out your smart phone right now and look it up on iTunes and just see if you don't grin from ear to ear when you hear it!! Cutest ringtone ever! I smile every darn time my phone rings now!!! :)
I've shared this one with you before.....it's Garrett's Popcorn and we LOVE it!! Our neighbor called one day not long ago and told me to peek out on our front door.....she'd tied a couple bags of Garrett's Popcorn to our front door, that they'd recently brought back from Chicago, and we were soooo happy! We savored every last kernel!! Haha! This stuff is like gold to us! lol! (Thanks, Hostys!)
Anyway, I share this particular favorite with you again today, because right now, they've got a $4.95 shipping offer that I wanted to pass along! It's not cheap popcorn (because it's so GOOD!) and I've never seen it 'on sale' so when they do a discounted shipping offer, we always like to take advantage of it!
Head to Garrett's website, place your order and use the promo code TINS12W at the checkout to receive your $4.95 UPS Ground shipping per item! Happy munching!
Oh, and in case you'd like a recommendation while you're there, the Cashew Caramel Crunch and the Cheese flavors are our favorites! You can't go wrong with either one!
Next are a couple of favorite new nail polishes.....seems like I'm always including a new color in my Favorite Things posts. :) I wore the China Glaze (on the left) for Thanksgiving and I'm sad to say it chipped badly and quickly and then what was left was a pain to get off. That was NOT one of my Favorite Things! Haha.
I do, however, like the other two colors a lot.....the two on the right are OPI colors from the new James Bond/Skyfall collection. (The Skyfall movie is another Favorite Thing -- we saw it and loved it! -- but we'll save that for another time! Haha!) The red is called You Only Live Twice and the grayish one (which actually goes on lighter than it looks) is called The World Is Not Enough. I've seen these at ULTA and Beauty Brands here, so check your local beauty store, if you're looking for these.
Tis the season to be wrapping! So I couldn't resist sharing these wrapping papers I spied at Target the other day!! How FUN are these???? And that woodgrain could really be used year-round and even for masculine gifts!
The two here, look like they're more red but really, the color is more pink w/kraft, which you know I adore!!! I haven't actually bought any of these yet, but I WILL be going back for all 4 of these patterns.....I'm just waiting for them to go on sale because let's face it, there's almost never a need to pay full price for wrapping paper at Target! If you don't want to wait though, they're $5 right now. I plan to stock up!! :)
Before I go, I also have to talk about Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel!!! I shared a favorite last year -- A Princess For Christmas. Look it up, if you didn't see it last year! It's so good and they're playing it again this year! I recorded it the other night and I'm looking to settle in with some knitting tonight, and watch it again for the first time this year.....can't wait!! Been saving it for two days now! :)
I also have two new favorites so far this year......I love the chick-flick ones.....not TOO cheesy (but you know, a little cheese isn't always a bad thing) ;) and maybe some romance thrown in. Ahh....I love a good Hallmark Christmas movie. I'm rambling, aren't I?
This year, I'm loving....
They're both really cute.....I've pretty much had them on repeat while working in the studio these days! Check your local listings or the Hallmark Channel website, for dates and times. You can set your DVR and then watch at your leisure! They are premiering new movies every Saturday and Sunday leading up til Christmas, so I'm hoping to discover a few more favorites before all's said and done this year. We'll see! I have another new one set to record Saturday night.
That about wraps up another edition of My Favorite Things! Do you have any favorite new products you're super excited about? Or have you tried any of these??? Do share....you know I love hearing from you!
Have a great evening! There's Christmas knitting to be done while I settle in with a favorite movie!
Yay! I love this time of year!
