Good morning, Friends! So, by now you may have seen these sneak peeks at Nichole's blog, but just in case, here you go! I'm happy to report about some fun additions to my Raspberry Suite product line in 2013, starting with a monthly $5 stamp set series that will begin in February!! Each month, the stamp set will feature a frame/border image that can be used on LOTS of different types of projects. The sets will also include several sentiments in a classic vintage style to add to your collection! And the best part is that there will also be a coordinating die offered each month as well!!
Also, this month, there's a new floral set in town and I can't wait for you to see it! Cluster the flowers and leaves any way you'd like or use a single flower by itself. The coordinating dies for this set will allow you to build your own beautiful floral arrangements, giving you countless design possibilities! Tomorrow is the big day when we'll start showing all of these new products in action, so I hope you'll join me!
So today, there are lots more exciting announcements being made at Papertrey Ink (head to Nichole Heady's blog to read them all!), including a big one about some new boutique products that Papertrey will be carrying! I've used a couple of those new products on my project today, starting with this darling linen drawstring bag! I love how classy these look and how EASY it is to package up a gift -- in this case, some chocolates -- and have a darling gift presentation in a snap! Simply add a gift tag and you're set!
For my gift tag, I used the tag sale #6 die and stamped a sentiment from Foodie Fun at the bottom -- "The calories don't count on your birthday!". I also added a die cut and stamped chocolate bar (also from Foodie Fun).....to get the shiny chocolate, I stamped the chocolate portion first with dark chocolate ink, masking off the wrapper, and then stamped it again with versamark ink right on top of the dark chocolate ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.
Then, I added a stamped tag image from 2012 Birthday Tags and layered it on a piece of the new burlap (also from the new Boutique collection at Papertrey!!) that was die cut with the pinked edge die from the limitless layers: 1 3/4" circle collection. The burlap is easily die-cuttable (yes, I'm making that word up) and adds such a great bit of texture!
That's it for me but be sure to head to Nichole's blog to see all of today's fun Anniversary Announcements and to see what today's big prize is and what you can do to be entered to win!!
Thanks so much for dropping by! I'll see you again tomorrow for the first day of product sneak peeks!! Can't wait!
