A Little Thanks

Hey there...

Just popping in to share a little 'thanks' card. I used a Fiskars star punch and several papers from Studio Calico's Sundrifter collection to create the stars. I lightly adhered them to the card and then stitched them in place. I stamped the sentiment from the Love This stamp set and then misted the whole thing with Mister Huey's Calico Shine spray mist before adding the other little bits and bobs.

Those minty cabochon flowers make me HAPPY! Gah. Love them.

He used that long season of illness to draw us closer to Him and we've also seen Him use our transplant story in amazing ways, to pour faith, hope and joy into the lives of others. Those years of struggle were so hard, but I wouldn't trade them because I can see how He was with us every step of the way and how He was using every bit of it for our good and His glory. My hope now, is that I can encourage you to choose joy in the midst of your own struggles. While you're here, I hope you laugh or smile or find some inspiration and encouragement. I hope you enjoy your time with me and ultimately, I hope you see some of HIM while you're here. He is everything. Much love, friends…
