Hey there!
Today, I've got lots and lots of Studio Calico cards to share with you! This month, I worked with the Roundabout card kit, the Coconut Grove card add-on kit and the Outer Banks scrapbook add-on kit. At last check, there are still some of these kits available except for Coconut Grove, so hustle over if you want to snag one for yourself! While you're there, check out the stylish new homepage -- I love watching the video you'll find there! So inspiring!
All righty, get comfy, settle in, kick back, grab a cuppa of course, and enjoy! I give you.... Roundabout!
These first two cards were made entirely with the Roundabout card kit.....and some Papertrey dies, of course! I used the Wonderful Words: Baby die here as well as the limitless layers: 1 3/4" circle dies.
I used Papertrey's limitless layers: heart dies here as well as the wine bottle tag die.
This card was made entirely with the Coconut Grove add-on.
I make no apologies for the fact that I'm completely smitten with this rose patterned paper. I used it a lot. A lot. But that's how it is with crafting sometimes, isn't it? You find something that inspires you and you go with it! In fact, I wanted to let as much of this paper show as possible, so I didn't do a lot to cover it up with embellishments on these cards. I say if it's pretty, let it SHINE!
I used my Ruby Rose dies to create the flower and leaves here.
And here, I used one of my Doily Details dies.
This card doesn't look nearly as pretty in the photo as it does in real life. That paper on the background is shiny gold paper and it is sooo pretty, but it is haaaard to photograph! Haha!
The colors on this one make me super happy!! I love those greens/aquas!!! The "hello" was cut with the Wonderful Words: Hello die.
The wine bottle tag die was used again here and the Wonderful Words: Birthday die, too.
Again, "birthday" is much prettier in real life, because it's got that shiny gold pattern on it!
Well, I hope you've enjoyed today's cards! Did you get any of the kits this month?
Have a goodie!
