Hiiiii and welcome back for more of the Papertrey Ink January Countdown!! I've got several more projects to share with you today, all featuring my new Boutique Borders: Friends stamp set! Let's get right to the projects!
All of the new products you're getting peeks at this week will be available for purchase at Papertrey Ink beginning on January 15 at 10pm EST.
This first card was so fun to create! And bonus -- it's a one-layer card, so it's perfect for mailing! I stamped the frame from Boutique Borders: Friends in various colors. Starting at the top, the colors are winter wisteria, pure poppy, raspberry fizz, hawaiian shores, new leaf, summer sunrise and at the bottom, orange zest.
I chose a sweet little sentiment from Boutique Borders: Friends and stamped it at the bottom of the card using smokey shadow ink.
Next up, I started with an aqua mist card base and stamped the frame in hawaiian shores ink followed by the sentiment in smokey shadow ink (both stamps are from Boutique Borders: Frames).
The Beautiful Butterflies dies were used on various colors of pattern pack papers, to cut out the butterfly layers. I also used a small heart punch to punch out some vintage book print hearts. Those layers were all stitched together on my sewing machine and were then topped with threaded buttons and adhered to the card front with Scor-tape.
One more for today......this one has a piece of raspberry fizz card stock layered on a stamper's select white card base.
I stamped the frame in pure poppy ink and another of the sentiments from Boutique Borders: Friends using smokey shadow ink. The flower is from Delightful Dahlia Additions and was stamped in raspberry fizz, pure poppy and winter wisteria inks. The rhinestones are clear and were colored with a red Copic marker. The leaves are from the Ruby Rose stamp set and were stamped in soft stone ink and lastly, a strip of pure poppy bitty dot paper was added.
