Hello again!!
Today, as part of Papertrey's 7th Anniversary festivities, Nichole is announcing the stamp designers for 2014 and I'm beyond thrilled to be included with the talented designers in this year's line-up once again!
My first stamp set came out in February of 2009 (anyone remember which one??) and it's been such a fun ride ever since! As of right now, I've released 66 stamp sets with Papertrey! Sixty-six! That number surprises me every time I see it! I've also had the pleasure of designing and releasing 54 different dies or die sets and impression plates so far, as well as some patterned paper collections and the Color Couture line of products! And I'm happy to report that I've got lots more in store for you in 2014....I can't wait for you to see everything! It's going to be a great year!
Each of the 2014 Stamp Designers have designed a FREEBIE image for you today! And Nichole is challenging you to use those images, to create a project and be entered to win today's prizes!! I hope you'll play along! (Head to her blog for all the info!) You can see the birthday tag image I designed for you here.....I used it on the card above! And bonus, it coordinates with the Limitless Layers: 2 1/4" Oval dies!
I used one of the Edgers #4 dies on some Hawaiian Shores bitty dot paper, to create the fun scalloped border which served as the perfect place to anchor the fun little birthday tag. I used the Limitless Layers: 2 1/4" oval dies to cut out the tag as well as the smokey shadow scalloped layer behind it. And between those two layers, I tucked a few leaves that were created with the Ruby Rose stamps and dies and some hawaiian shores ink. A bit of twine finished things off.
I'm beyond grateful to Nichole for giving me a chance on the Design Team way back when, and for the opportunities that she and Jane and Julie have given me through Papertrey, including partnering with me to bring you my own line of products. Nichole leads the team with such kindness and grace and she shows time and time again that she truly cares about each person on the team. And not only that, but she leads by example and is one of the hardest working people I know! I'm honored to work along-side her and the other designers on this team! It's such an inspiring "work place" and I feel so blessed to be here!
I also want to take time to thank each of you that have ever purchased a Raspberry Suite product! You continue to help me to be able to do what I love and I consider that such a gift! Thank you!! And thank you also for following along on my journey whether here or on social media. So many of you have become a part of my life over the years and it just wouldn't be the same around here without you! I appreciate your encouragement more than you know! I appreciate YOU and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
