Hi there!
Stamp-a-Faire has been in full swing all day today at Papertrey, and I hope you've been enjoying all the festivities!!
We've saved a very fun challenge for last, for you! Each of the Design Team members have taken one of the cards we made back when we very first started stamping, and we've given it a make-over and remade it in our current style!
I pulled out this card from 2008 to remake! It's super basic and really kinda plain, so I had fun jazzing it up! I used the same color combo and kept the overall layout basically the same, but added a lot more detail!
Here's the new and improved version....
Just a wee bit busier, wouldn't you say?! Haha. I started with a melon berry card base and added a piece of melon berry bitty dot paper as well as a couple of strips of dark chocolate and white card stock along the top.
I die cut some white card stock with the wine bottle tag die and stamped it with various flower parts and pieces from the Friendly Flowers stamp set. I also used the Friendly Flower and Friendly Flower Extras dies to add a bit of dimension to one of the flowers. A couple of Studio Calico gemstones finished things off and added a bit of cohesiveness for the flowers.
Lastly, I stamped the two sentiment pieces (also from Friendly Flowers), using dark chocolate ink.
Each of the other girls on the team have card make-overs to share with you so you'll want to be sure to pay them each a visit!!

And now it's YOUR TURN to play along! Pull out one of your earliest cards and give it a make-over! We can't wait to see what you come up with! You can read all the details for this challenge over at Nichole's blog.
I hope you're having a fabulous day!! What's been your favorite part of Stamp-a-Faire so far???
