Hi-ya!
Welcome back for Day 3 of the Papertrey countdown! Today is a Group Post day! We're featuring Heather Nichols' Monthly Moments: September products today and I've got lots more from my Raspberry Suite product line to show you too!
All of the new products you're getting peeks at this week will be available for purchase at Papertrey Ink beginning on September 15 at 10pm EST.
First up today, is a Monthly Moments: September card for you.
I used the journaling card pack as well as stamps from the stamp set to create this card. The journaling card pack offers some great patterns that you can cut up and use however you'd like to......you don't have to ONLY use them as journaling cards!
The "Fall Hello" tag was stamped with images from the stamp set and punched out with a circle punch. I added a few little leaf stamps under the tag.
And of course, I had to mention these cute little sentiments from the set, that I stamped in the upper right corner. Too fun!
All righty, next up I have some more bookmarks for you!! These were die cut with my new Basic Bookmark #1, #2 and #3 dies and each were stamped with images from the Ombre Builders stamp set, giving them a fun, modern feel.
Then, I stamped a different sentiment on each, from my Book Club stamp set.
Here are some close-ups of the sentiments, so you can read them a little easier.....
This quote (above) is also just perfect for "I love you" cards, when paired with the "I love you" companion stamp!
This quote can be paired with the "Congratulations", "Congrats, Graduate" or even the "Celebrate" sentiment.
There are also several companion stamps that could be used with this quote, including "Thinking of you", "I'm here for you" and "Congratulations". So you see, by pairing these quotes with the various companion sentiments, you can get a lot of mileage out of them, depending on the occasion you're creating for!
Up next is a Season's Greetings card.....I created another background with sentiments from the set, but this time kept things soft and subtle with the soft stone ink, allowing the one red sentiment to really POP!
Accenting the sentiment are some die cut ice skates from the On Ice stamp set.
And one more for you today.....this one is a Birthday Classics: October card, perfect for those special birthdays that just happen to fall on Halloween! And if you don't have any of those in your life, you can just swap out the "Halloween" word for "October", making the card read "Happy October Birthday".
I used the herringbone impression plate on the kraft card base for some added fall-like texture.
The focal point panel was die cut from rustic cream card stock with the Basic Bookmark #2 die....I turned it upside down and trimmed off the bottom! I stamped it with leaves from Leave It Be, and topped them with the sentiment elements from Birthday Classics: October.
I'm off for now, but I hope you've enjoyed your time with me. Be sure to visit all of the other girls on the Design Team....they've each got Monthly Moments projects to share with you today.
