Hello again,
Now that it's getting to be that gift-giving time of year again, I thought it was high time I popped in with a few of my recent favorites! Whether you get these for yourself or pick them up as gifts for others, you can't go wrong!
First up are these mugs from Anthropologie! I get lots and lots of compliments on mine and it's nice that they're super affordable too, at just $8!
Speaking of affordable, EOS lip balm makes a great stocking stuffer and they come in a variety of colors and flavors! You can get these all over the place, including Target and Ulta.
Hunter Wellies are not in the "inexpensive" category, but I love mine just the same! I often get asked if they're warm and honestly, with just regular socks on, my feet stay plenty warm in these. Maybe the rubber makes my feet sweat, I don't know. Haha! But if you're worried about it, you can even get special Hunter boot socks that are made as a sort of liner for the inside of these boots.
Here's a tip though.....the rubber in these boots will do what they call "bloom". Essentially, they'll lose that glossy shine after a bit, so I'd totally recommend going ahead and getting the boot buffer if you're getting the glossy boots. That way, when they start to look foggy, you won't wonder what in the world is wrong with your beloved, shiny red boots. And then you won't have to turn to google to find out why your boots aren't glossy and gorgeous any more. You'll just get out your boot buffer, wipe your boots down and they'll be good as new again. Save yourself a little time. Grab the boot buffer. ;)
One more before I go.....Purl Soho Super Soft Merino yarn. If you're a knitter or perhaps you're shopping for one on your Christmas list this year, this Super Soft Merino is a really nice yarn choice. I made a Gaptastic Cowl out of some of this last year and I love it! It's definitely not 'cheap' yarn, but it's great quality. They've even come out with some new colors this fall, that I've got my eye on! ;)
