Hi there!
Welcome back for another fun Papertrey Group Post! Today, the whole team is using a new set designed by Nichole Heady, called Uncorked! Let's get right to the projects!
All of the new products you're getting peeks at this week will be available for purchase at Papertrey Ink beginning on November 15 at 10pm EST.
I created a card and gift tag, perfect for taking along as a hostess gift to a holiday dinner!
For the tag, I used the wine bottle tag die, as well as the new Uncorked dies, to cut out the "Happy Holidays" frame as well as the wine glasses. I stamped them with an image from the Uncorked set, using harvest gold ink.
The "Celebrate" and the little flourish underneath, are both from Uncorked, as well as the cute frame and "Happy Holidays" sentiment. So many cute little details in this set!
Behind the glasses, is one of the large images from Fair Aisle Motifs, making this tag a little more festive and wintery for the holidays!
For the card, I started out with an aqua mist card base and created a background pattern with one of the tiny stamps from Uncorked, and some new leaf and hawaiian shores inks.
I used a Basic Bookmark #3 die cut to stamp the sentiments and wine glasses on, and then topped it with another of the little "Happy Holidays" labels as well as some die cut holly leaves and pure poppy buttons.
Here is a quick and easy card for you using the Fancy Flakes dies with some cream felt and the new Holiday Thanks stamp set!
Two of the sentiment components from Holiday Thanks were used to create this sentiment. Rhinestones in the snowflake centers, finished things off.
OK, so you know I just HAD to make some bookmarks using my Basic Bookmark dies and my new A Cheerful Heart stamp set!! I used several of the Bible verse stamps from A Cheerful Heart, to make this bookmark set.....these would be great to make for ladies in your Bible study, a youth group, Sunday School teacher, friends at church or even just for yourself!! I have several pretty bookmarks tucked in my Bible and I can't tell you how happy they make me as I'm flipping through my Bible and one pops up! ;)
And here are close-ups so you can see the verses in detail....
On three of the bookmarks, I used the Happiness In Bloom set (as seen here) and on the other three, I used the Friendly Flowers stamp set.
A little tip for you....I always stamp the verses first, and then just build the flowers and leaves around the verse. And don't be afraid to leave some white space on each bookmark!
And of course, one more shot of them all together, because you know I love piles of colorful bookmarks or tags all in one photo! Haha.
Last up today, is a birthday card featuring Birthday Classic: December.
I used the Songbirds dies, to cut out the leaves and bird and added some new leaf buttons for berries. The three elements from Birthday Classics: December, were stamped in new leaf ink.
Be sure to visit the rest of the girls on the team to check out their Uncorked projects!
