Hi there and happy DECEMBER 1!!! Christmas is in the air at Papertrey and today, we're pulling out the Santa Stationery stamp set, and sharing a couple of fun ideas with for you! Each of us has a quick and easy gift tag to show you (you know how I love to make tags!) as well as a piece of mail for a little one, directly from Santa! *wink*
To get started, let me tell you about my gift tag....
I used the Tag Sale #11 die to whip up this fun little tag and it was a cinch to do! I die cut the back layer of the tag from raspberry fizz card stock and the frame layer on the front, from pure poppy card stock.
I heat embossed the Santa image with clear embossing powder on the rapsberry fizz layer and then stamped the little North Pole tag on white card stock and punched it out with a 1" circle punch. Tucked under the North Pole layer is a white strip of card stock wtih a notched end. Easy peasy but cute, right?
And next up, a very official nice list declaration from Santa to my nephew, Benji!
Here is the front of the card. It's all stamped with images from Santa Stationery, and I hand wrote his name on the dotted line.
I added a couple more stamps on the inside of the card, including Santa's "signature".
And of course, sleigh mail from Santa has to come in an official looking envelope, so I used several more of the stamps on the outside of the envie.
The other girls on the Senior Team have lots more Santa Stationery ideas to share with you, so be sure to hop around and pay them each a visit!
