Good morning!! Papertrey's Stamp-a-faire 2015 is officially underway and I've got lots to share with you today, as does the entire design team!! All day long, you'll want to follow along on Nichole Heady's blog, to participate in all of the challenges and enter to win the prizes being offered up!
This first challenge is all about creating an all white wedding card! All the details for what to do to play along, are over on Nichole's blog. I thought I'd create a card for this challenge too, so here is my take!
I started with a stamper's select white card base and added some vellum bitty dot paper over the top. Next, I die cut all three of the doilies from my Doily Details die collection and added them. My one non-white concession, is some silver embossing powder for the sentiments, which are all from my Happily Ever After stamp set!
I added two more little sentiment strips (more from Happily Ever After), to finish things off! This challenge was a little tricky at first, for the girl who LOVES COLOR, but in the end, I'm glad I played along! It was fun to think outside my normal box and I loooooove the detail that you can achieve just by using a variety of doilies and dots!
