Hey there!
It's time for the last of this month's Papertrey Group Posts! Today, we're focusing on the new Wet Paint and Star Scribbles products designed by Nichole, and the Folded Tags die designed by Maile Belles. First up, I used Maile's tag die to whip up a couple of tags!
All of the new products you're getting peeks at this week will be available for purchase at Papertrey Ink beginning on October 15 at 10pm EST.
I used the Wet Paint Holiday Tags stamp set and dies, as well as a couple stars from Star Scribbles, to decorate my tags.
Inside the tags, I added more stamps from Wet Paint Holiday Tags to add the to/from. These tags are something you could whip up a pile of in no time!
And here, I used one of the new Star Scribbles gold foil papers and added some Wet Paint Holiday Tags stamps and die cuts, to add some pops of red.
I mounted the whole thing on a luxe gold card stock base.
Before I go, I have a few more projects to share with you starting with a Spruce & Sprigs card. I paired the sprigs with some Painted Poinsettias and I am in LOVE!!! GAH! How perfect are they together?!
I also added a sentiment from O Holy Night.
Seriously, I think this may be my favorite card I've made for this whole release. Haha! I love florals!! ;)
Next up, I decided to create a little forest of Joyful Christmas bottle brush trees! I stamped some directly on the card base, and then nestled some die cut trees in among the hills.
I created those hills with my Edgers #4 die -- I did some ink blending with aqua mist on the front hill and tropical teal on the back one. I die cut both of the hills with the longer of the two dies from Edgers #4 and then just tipped them at different angles and trimmed off the excess, once I had them placed on the card like I wanted them. Then, I just popped on the die cut trees.
The sentiment is another from Joyful Christmas.
For this one, I pulled out Mat Stack 4 to use with Cup of Cheer.
I used the new Vintage Jadeite card stock, ink and white bitty dot paper here. The sentiment is also from Cup of Cheer.
And lastly before I go, here is a little set of tags I made with Enclosed: Wreath and the new Tag Sale: Quilted dies.
I die cut some Deck the Halls bows from luxe gold card stock and stamped them with versamark ink to make them super shiny.
The wreathes were die cut from aqua mist card stock and stamped with new leaf and hawaiian shores inks. And all of the different sentiment components on each tag, are also from Enclosed: Wreath.
All righty, I'm off for now, but be sure to see what all of the other Design Team girls have created to show you today too!
