Hello there! So, I am waaay late to the Senior Design Team Challenge party from last month at Papertrey, but I wanted to be sure and share the projects I made before I ended up in the hospital, featuring the O'Tannenbaum stamp set. Such a classic and I really enjoyed pulling it out and creating with it! I created a card and a pair of tags....let me tell you about them!
First up, is a Holiday Greetings card. I used the Noted: Scalloped A1 and A2 dies to cut out the layers and stamped the trees and sentiment from the set on the white layer, adding some Wink of Stella shimmer pen over the top of the Saffron Spice ornaments. They have a subtle shine in real life. Very pretty. :)
I also created a pair of gift tags and just reversed the colors I used on each, to change things up a bit. I used the Tag Sale: Quilted die, to cut out the scalloped layer and the banner, and then stamped them with images and sentiments from the set. I love this color combo.....so fresh and wintery, don't you think? And the little addition of the Saffron Spice tree base and star, are a fun additional pop of color.
I'm woefully behind on creating gift tags this year.....I need to get crackalackin'! I love to use these to dress up our gifts each year, so I usually try to have a pretty big stash on hand and ready to go!

Thank you so much, to all of you, for all of the love and support you've showered on us while I was in the hospital for the last month! We sure appreciate all the prayers and each card and gift that you've sent. You're all just the sweetest. I know I still have a ways to go to recover, and we still don't know what the future holds for us, in terms of treatments and such, but we're praying that the treatments we're trying now, will work and allow us to avoid a transplant down the road. We shall see what God has in store for us. Thank you for continuing to pray with us!!
