Hey there, friends! So I'm a little late to this party, but I wanted to pop in and share my final couple of projects from the June release at Papertrey Ink! For this first card, I pulled out the Jungle Buddies & Sentiments stamp sets, as well as the coordinating dies and the Cover Plate: Mighty Jungle dies.
I love these palm fronds that are included in the Cover Plate: Mighty Jungle collection.....they're so detailed! I piled up a cluster of them in the upper corner of the card.
That darling little lion was stamped with hawaiian shores and tropical teal inks and I added a few of the grass die cuts to ground him a bit. The sentiment is from Jungle Buddies Sentiments and was stamped with new leaf ink on the aqua mist card base.
One more for today....this one features Hello Mother, Hello Father. The fun thing about this little card is a mama could make this and send it to her little camper with a note written on the inside of the card. Then, little camper could fill out the front and mail it back to mama, so then you have a keepsake card that sent to/from both of them! Fun!
I stamped the sentiment from the set on the saffron spice card stock and tied a bit of chocolate baker's twine at the top.
I used a couple of the To the Point Edgers dies at the bottom of the card and added a couple little images from the set that I watercolored on watercolor card stock with my Zig markers and then cut out by hand.
