Hello, friends! I'm back today, with a couple more cards to share from the September release at Papertrey Ink! First up, is the Beautiful Berries: Winter stamp set......goodness, I love these berry branches! So, so pretty and I feel like you can use them on just about any holiday card, either as the focal point or as an accent for so many other images. Such a versatile set!
I stamped the branches with olive twist ink with a bit of tropical teal on the tips. It's subtle, but the color variation adds just a bit more interest. I stamped the berries with pure poppy and scarlet jewel inks and added all three branches to the top of the card. I also used the rectangle die from the Noted: Scalloped A2 die collection, to add a bit more dimension to the card.
I paired the berries with this pretty ornament from Brilliant Baubles, as well as a few of the accent images. The sentiment is from the new Keep It Simple: Warm Winter Wishes.
And for this card, I die cut the Cutaway Tags: Winter tag and stamped it with coordinating images from the stamp set. I backed it with the new Berry Wreath Tag die cut and tied on a bit of twine up top, from the Holiday Tag Along mini kit.
The sentiment is also from Cutaway Tags: Winter and behind it, I added a strip of Bitty Big: Pure Poppy patterned paper.
For the card base, I used the Noted: Scalloped A2 die, to cut out that cute scalloped detail.
Ok, I'll see you again tomorrow! For now, head to Nichole Heady's blog to see lots more from the whole team!
