Hey, Friends! I'm back with another sweet little card for you, for the Papertrey Countdown and today, I've paired a few more of the new products coming to you this month. To start things off, I used Lizzie Jones' newest Bold Borders: Wave die to cut out the frame layer from lilac grace card stock. Then, I took my ink blending tools and blended on a bit of pale peony and berry sorbet inks, as well as some lilac grace ink, on one end of the frame. I left the left side of the frame untouched with ink.
All of the new products you're getting peeks at this week will be available for purchase at Papertrey Ink beginning on June 15 at 10pm EST.
Next, I grabbed another piece of lilac grace card stock and stamped it with a white grid using fresh snow ink (stay tuned for stamp details) and then added a couple of sentiments from Sentiment Staples: Sending You.
I layered the frame on a white card base, and then piled on some die cut layers from a few of my current favorite sets! ;)
The bird is from Brushed Birds and I did a bit of ink blending on the bird using pale peony and berry sorbet inks, topped with some pure poppy. The flowers are from Stitching Garden and Farmer's Market Florals, as are the leaves. For the Stitching Garden flower, I layered pure poppy ink over the top of lilac grace. I love how those two colors look together! And for the large Farmer's Market flower, I paired hibiscus burst, berry sorbet and pure poppy. Another winning combo!
All right, friends, I'm off for now but be sure to check out the Papertrey Blog for lots more inspiration today!
I'll chat with you again soon!
