Hey, Friends! I'm back for the last day of the Papertrey January Countdown and today, it's all about florals over here! I've got a couple cards to share with you featuring more new stamp sets from Papertrey this month. How pretty are these flowers?!

Ok, so I love this card and I love the new products that I got to use on it! This first set is called Circle of Love and that gorgeous circle flower image is the basis of the set. There are lots of additional elements and sentiments, including the sentiment I used here, but that big circle frame image is without a doubt, my favorite from the set.
You'll also notice a great alpha background as well, called Vintage Type. You know I'm loving that one!
I used a variety of Zig clean color real brush markers and my new Ecoline liquid watercolors, to watercolor the circle frame image, as well as the additional florals. I tucked some extra flowers and leaves on both the upper left and lower right "corners" of the frame to zhuzh it up a bit more.
I also used one of the Nesting Basics: Circles dies, to cut out the circle that holds the sentiment. I didn't get the dies in time to use them here, so I just fussy cut all of the florals, since I wanted to be able to pop them up on that fun background!

Ok, one more for you today.....this features another new stamp set called Together Forever Blooms and once again, I watercolored everything -- so fun!! -- and then cut it all out by hand. Kind of relaxing honestly!
I layered all of the flowers on a piece of kraft card stock that I cut out with Betsy's new Shape Shifters: Square 4 dies, and stamped that with an "I love you" from Together Forever Blooms.
Behind that, you can see that I stamped more of that vintage text.....this is actually after I stamped it off once first, on a different piece of card stock. I wanted that weathervane ink to be nice and soft and subtle, since my focal point is pretty loud! Ha!
