Good morning! Welcome back for Day 2 of reveals at The Greetery! I just have to tell you that this might be my favorite day of the release! I had SO much fun making these cards! It was just the best day of creating! Once I got going, I didn't want to stop. I even had to get up out of bed that night after light's out, because I had another card idea that I wanted to lay out on my desk, so I wouldn't forget it for the next morning when I got back in the studio to create! LOL!
Today's post involves the CUTEST mason jar stamps I've ever seen....and believe me, I've been around long enough to have seen several of them! Haha! The great thing about these -- besides the ridiculously clever stamp set name (Just Mason Around) - ha! - is that thanks to the three-step layering stamps that make up this little jar, it looks super realistic. And you KNOW how much I love blue mason jars....they're all over our house! I've been collecting them and using them for years! Not only that, but we also have a cutting garden in our back yard, where we grow lots of zinnias and dahlias for the sole purpose of cutting and bringing them in the house and sharing with friends and family all summer long! SO, a day full of projects showcasing jars and flowers and jars full of flowers is obviously right up my alley!
I couldn't resist snapping a picture of the whole group of projects together because....gah! CUTE! But how about I tell you a little about each individual card, huh?
First up is this beauty! This one showcases two of the three stamp sets we're introducing today.....Just Mason Around and Lemon Blossom. Obviously, they're a match made in heaven! I started off the day, by die cutting and stamping lots of those cute little mason jars. The combination of inks that I love best, for making vintage-inspired blue jars, is three colors from Altenew.....I linked them right after this card, for you. I used Mountain Mist, followed by Sea Breeze and topped with Aqualicious.
I also stamped lots of different citrus die cuts, as well as some flowers and leaves from Lemon Blossom. I have to say though, I think I'd buy this set just for these flowers alone...they're sooooo detailed and sweet and they remind me of so many of my vintage linens!
I also die cut a couple little banners from the previously released Sentiment Suite Basics die set and stamped a birthday sentiment (stay tuned for more about that this week). On the background, I used the Dotted Lattice embossing folder from Taylored Expressions. Love that thing!

Golly, I love this next one so much! Seriously, just die cut yourself a pile of lemons, flowers and leaves in any color combo you want. Then, glue lots of them on the card front, leaving room for a sentiment. Trim all the die cuts off around the edges. Stamp an adorable sentiment from Lemon Blossoms and you're done!
It has a lot on this card, but it's seriously such an easy and fun one to make!!
PRO TIP: To keep things visually balanced when creating a card like this one, use clusters of images in odd numbers. Three clusters. Five clusters like you see here, or even seven smaller clusters. There's just something about odd numbers, that helps keep things balanced and visually appealing.
GAH! The colors!! I could just squeeze this card! lol!

Here's another one that makes me soooo happy to look at it! (And what did I tell you yesterday, about all the yellow I'm using this month! LOVE!)
I stamped those same tiny Lemon Blossom flowers to create my own background pattern with two yellow inks and two greens, and after it was stamped, I ran it through the vagabond with that same TE Dotted Lattice embossing folder. DAR-LING!
Next, I stamped lots of flowers from the new Oopsie Daisy stamp set (another ridiculously cute name!) and tucked a few of them in one of my stamped jars! I topped the jar with one of the stamped bows...so fun.
Lastly, I die cut a little banner from Sentiment Suite Basics and stamped one of the sentiments from Just Mason Around on it.

One more card for today.....because who can resist a pretty bundle of flowers?! I blended some blue and green inks on the aqua card stock....see how the ink blending is more blue up top and more green at the bottom? Just a fun little variation that makes it just a bit more interesting.
I bundled up lots of flowers and used that sweet little bow from Oopsie Daisy, to "tie" them together. I added a couple of sentiments from Just Mason Around to finish this one off.
Oh, and I tore the edge of the card stock, for a bit of detail. Seriously. When was the last time you tore the card stock and left a rough edge like that?! It'd probably been at least 10 years for me! Haha! I'm kickin' it old school! lol!

Ok, so remember that cutting garden out back, that I told you about? Well, I thought it'd be super fun to make some gift tags to tie on our jars of flowers this summer, when we give them away! These jars are perfect for gift tags!! I love them!!
I die cut extra white jars and glued them to the backs of the stamped jars, sandwiching the flowers in between the two. This way, if I want to write a to/from on the back of the jar, I can!
I simply punched a whole in the jars, after I got them all assembled, and then ran some twine from my stash through the holes.
I wanted to add an extra little bit of something to the jars though, so I die cut some circles and some little banners, both from the Sentiment Suite Basics die set. I stamped some Just Mason Around sentiments on them, as well as some more of those adorable Lemon Blossom flowers! Holy moly, I'm in love! To tell you the truth, I'm strongly considering putting one of these in my Bible as a bookmark because I love them so much! Ha! Which would you use them for??? Gift tags or bookmarks?
