Hey, friends! So, today is the last day of new product introductions for the first ever Christmas release from The Greetery, and we've certainly got some really fun products to show you today!!
We all know that when it comes to making Christmas cards and tags, for most of us anyway, it needs to be QUICK and it needs to be CUTE! So, Betsy has come up with a really clever way for us to be able to create darling tags that are super quick and easy, and super cute, too! Enter the Speed Tagging product line!
The idea is this....there is a large RED RUBBER tag stamp, that stamps seven tags at once! THEN, after you've stamped it, there's also a large coordinating die, that when you line it up with the little guide dots you stamped, it cuts out all seven tags at once!! GENIUS!
I put the large stamp in my MISTI, which made it super easy to stamp, and then stamp again, when I wanted to deepen up the colors a bit.
Then, there's a companion clear stamp set (and a coordinating die set), with sentiments and little images that you can add to your tags, to give them even more detail.
I stamped the main rubber tag stamp three times -- one in the aqua color you see here, one in the green and one in red. That gave me a total of 21 tags, stamped in just minutes! I die cut each of those groups of tags, with one easy pass through the die cutting machine for each color group, and then had fun mixing and matching those colors with a few additional ones, to add the sentiments and other little detail images.
These tags are another one of those projects that you can do when you're wanting to kick-start your creativity because there's not a lot of creative thinking involved, thanks to the clever design that allows you to just stamp, die cut and go! They're also great for allowing your kids to help with, because they're such a quick and easy project.
AND BONUS, these would make a darling gift for friends or coworkers, or even for your family members at Thanksgiving, so they can have them in time to use on their Christmas gifts!
See the yarn here? That's the Hobby Lobby "I Love This Cotton" yarn I was telling you about yesterday, that Heather brought to the Craft House! Look how perfect it is for gift tags! It's just a couple bucks, when you grab it on sale, for that whole huge skein!
Can you believe that this big pile of tags came from stamping the big Speed Tagging stamp just three times?! I also love those little details and have to tell you that the little flowers in this Speed Tagging Christmas Sentiments set, are perfect for adding here and there on other projects, too!

I also wanted to give you a look at another option with these tags! I used the Speed Tagging die to cut out a stack of kraft tags, and then used them with lots of stamped images from With Love at Christmas! The tags have lots of cute dotted and scalloped details even without using the Speed Tagging stamp, so you can get lots of additional mileage out of this die!! Cutting out seven tags at once?? Yes, please!! And of course, because they're basic tag shapes, you can use this die all year long. This one's a must-have, in my humble opinion!
You can see on the upper left above, how one of the large bouquets from With Love at Christmas, fits on one of the larger tags from Speed Tagging. The Addressed die set that I talked about yesterday, includes a small rectangle die for the return address. I used that die here, to add the little sentiment strips to the larger tags. It's a perfect fit!
It's so fun to just mix and match lots of stamped elements from With Love at Christmas, after you've stamped up a whole pretty pile of them!
Each tag is unique, and yet they're all perfectly coordinated! Pop them in a little glassine bag or even a dressed up envelope (I know where you can get some cute envelope stencils starting tomorrow! Ha!) and they'd be so sweet to give away! And the best part is, because they're so fast and easy, you can make a set to give and a set to keep while you're at it! Yay!
PRO TIP: Think TEACHER GIFTS with these! This is one gift that every teacher could surely use when she's ready to wrap Christmas gifts! They're DARLING and yet cost very little once you have the stamps and dies! They're just card stock, ink, some adhesive and yarn that costs pennies per tag!

I've got one more project for you today.....this one is a fun gift card holder and gift tag combo! Say you want to give a gift for Christmas, along with a gift card. Here's where this fun gift card holder comes in! I used the new Candy Pops Rectangle Die, to cut out two of the cute aqua candies.
I also used the Candy Pops Peppermint Addition dies, to add the pink and red layers, and then topped them with glitter, glueing those pieces on the front of one of my two pieces of candy.
Next, I added the little candy wrapper accents to the same piece of candy, and then glued the two aqua "candies" together, ONLY at one end! This allows you to open the two candies, like a little card.
I also used the Candy Pops Sentiment stamp set, as well as one of the Speed Tagging to add a little gift tag to the jumbo gift tag. Haha! I used a bit of twine to tie the little tag onto the big one, and another strip of twine tied around the same spot, to tie the big tag onto a gift.
Here's what the tag looks like when you open it up. I just used a little adhesive, to glue the gift card in place, just like when you buy a gift card in a store, and they come stuck to a little card. As you can see, this fun tag is the perfect size for a gift card. Add this cute tag to the outside of a gift, and you've got a fun little gift combo!
