Hi, Friends! Oh. My. Word! Can you even handle this cuteness from The Greetery?!!! Betsy has designed the most darling treat container -- and accessories -- yet!! Would you believe that foam/marshmallow/steam LID comes off and you can fill the little mug with the treat of your choice?!!! So ridiculously cute!!
Allow me to introduce you to the Hug In a Mug stamps & dies!
I made the mug using the main Hug In a Mug die, and then used the Hug In a Mug Saucer die, to create the saucer underneath.
There's a little tab that can be pulled to lift the "foam" lid out, or you can pull the steam "handle", to remove the top of the cup, to get to the treats inside.
I used stamps from the Hug In a Mug stamp set, to stamp on the mug before I assembled it. There's also a handy little accessories kit, that comes with "marshmallows", mini candy canes, sprinkles & straws, so I cut one of the straws down to fit into the hole I die cut in the top for the straw. I cut a couple little foam marshmallows, and then dotted some glue on, and sprinkled "chocolate sprinkles" in the glue!
PRO TIP: Blend a little light gray ink on your steam before glueing it in place, to give it a slightly more realistic look!
OK, and now for what I think is my favorite part! COOKIES!! Are those not the cutest darn things you've ever seen?!! All die cuts, my friends!
I blended ink on every layer of the cookies and chocolate. For the red and green, I just heavily blended on the color, and then added some of the clear "sugar" sprinkles. To do this, just smear clear-drying craft glue all over the red layer and then sprinkle on the "sugar". Press it in a bit with your finger or the end of a pencil or something, to make sure it all gets a good grip in the glue. Then, I sandwiched the layers together, adhered the red sugar layer flat on the bottom cookie, and used foam adhesive on the back of the top cookie layer.
PRO TIP: In case your foam adhesive isn't quite sticky enough to really adhere to all of that bumpy "sugar", add liquid craft glue to the foam adhesive and then press it gently onto the sugar. Let the cookie sit under an acrylic stamp block for a few minutes, to let the glue set before you try to move it too much. The weight of the block isn't too heavy, but will help everything to be glued on nice and level.

Ok, so the set of dies that makes those adorable cookies, is called Hug In a Mug Sweet Treats dies, and I used them here, to make more cookies, that I used on a set of gift tags! Can you just imagine how delighted nearly ANYone would be, to get a gift with a COOKIE GIFT TAG on it?!! Hahaha! They're so fun!!!
I used stamps from Hug In a Mug, to add the sentiment, and layered some Merry Sprigs bits and pieces, as well as a thin strip of glitter paper to each tag. It was so fun to make each tag different, but still coordinated with the set.
I couldn't resist making a chocolate cookie! I blended some light tan ink on the bottom cookie layer, followed by some darker brown ink on the chocolate layer, and then did the same thing I described earlier. Smear clear drying glue all over the top, and sprinkle on the chocolate. Be sure to press them all down a bit with your finger and then let it set for awhile before you try to move it around.
The tiny candy cane is also from the little accessories kit, and I glued it in place with more craft glue.
I did the same thing here, to make an iced sugar cookie with Christmas sprinkles! This time, I just left the "icing" layer white. Same process as before.
And lastly, another sparkle cookie in green, because there just too much fun!!
PRO TIP: A set of these tags tucked in a small glassine bag or the like, would make a DARLING little gift for a teacher, the mail lady, Bible study friends, coworkers, your bestie, your neighbor, etc!!

One more before I go....this time, I've got a gift card holder for you, featuring the new S'more Holiday stamps and dies, as well as the Graham Cracker Cuts die!!
I die cut two of the Graham Craker Cuts, and glued them together back to back, putting liquid glue only around three edges, leaving the top open to create a picket for the gift card to slide into.
PRO TIP: Make sure to keep the glue nice and close to the edge of the die cut! Otherwise, you won't leave enough room to slide your gift card in!
These stamps are SO FUN!!! I stamped the marshmallows, as well as the chocolate and added those to the pocket.
PRO TIP: Use multiple colors of brown ink, for a more realistic char on your marshmallow!! I like my marshmallows with a little almost-black, so after inking the char shading with a medium brown, I tapped a dark brown just along the very edge before stamping.
The sentiment is two step (or three, if you want to fill in the dots!), and I finished it off with companion words from the stamp set.
