Hello there! Happy Black Friday, sweet Friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! And to those of you outside the US, I hope you had a great Thursday! :)
It's Release Day at The Greetery, which is always so exciting! But this release day is even more exciting, because EVERYTHING at The Greetery is 15% off today through Monday at 11:59pm EST! That includes all of these new goodies we've been showcasing this week!!! Sales at The Greetery don't happen often, so this is one you won't want to miss out on, if there are some goodies you've had your eye on!
First up today, I wanted to use that fun banner from the Boho Banner die set, in a way other than it was intended. I feel like that banner alone, is worth buying the set. It's a great size, and is one you can use year round, on any type of card. Let it anchor your focal point or your sentiment as I've done here! The sentiment is from Opposites Attract and I'm tellin' you, I love that set!
PRO TIP: Don't be afraid to turn your dies in another direction!! Or cut them apart! I used this one in it's entirety, turned on it's side. But if it had been too wide for the sentiment, I also could have easily trimmed off the top and bottom, to make it a more narrow arrow. (Narrow arrow. That's fun to say! Haha!)
And of course, you knew I'd be stamping more Bigger Blooms, didn't you?? And in all the colors! I love these flowers stamped in purples, and wowza....layered over the Square Dance die, it's such a striking combo, don't you think??

Next up for today, is more Bigger Blooms, but with a decidedly different feel, wouldn't you say?
I stamped the "wonderful" from Simply Wonderful, directly on the card base, and then layered a whole lot of Bigger Blooms die cuts around the word, creating a really lovely, layered border.
PRO TIP: Of course you could create a similar look by masking off all of these layers and stamping them all in a single layer, but this is a zillion times easier! And honestly, that little white border around all the die cuts, creates some nice definition and dimension.
To finish off the sentiment, I just stamped a companion phrase on a strip of white card stock, and popped it up with some foam adhesive.
I love how the colors came together on this card! And remember the other day when I shared a pro tip and said that your leaves don't always have to be green, well your flowers can also be shades of green and turquoise!
{Thanks for Being Wonderful supplies}
I so hope you've enjoyed these cards today, and feel a bit inspired to make something lovely yourself! So tell me, what's ranking highest on your wishlist today?? I'd love to hear!
