Hey, Friends! It's Day 1 of the Winter Wanderer product introductions at The Greetery and I can't wait to tell you about some of these new goodies!! This release has a sort of boho feel with some fun macrame inspired products that will allow you to create some really pretty paper versions of macrame banners and wallhangings that are all over the internet these days! The collection contains some items with a winter feel, but many are also basics that can be used year round for a variety of different applications! And as always at The Greetery, there are lots of products that all mix and match and coordinate, which makes for tons of creative fun and gives you so much more bang for your crafty buck, because the products all work together so well!
To get started, let me tell you about this first card that features the new Hoop Wreath stamps & dies, as well as the Hoop & Fringe die.
I used the Hoop & Fringe die to cut out the two kraft hoops, as well as the three different colors/layers of fringe hanging from the wreath. Next, I used the Hoop Wreath stamps and dies to create that lush floral spray! Isn't it lovely?!
PRO TIP: Have fun playing around with the placement of your floral spray on these wreaths! This same spray could have been positioned straight over the top of the hoops, the other upper corner, either bottom "corner" or even centered straight over the bottom of the hoops, with that fun fringe peeking out below! Lots of options here, depending on what sentiment you're using and where you want to place it!
Again with the options.....you could just use a single layer of fringe here, but you know me....more is.....well, never a bad thing! Haha! I piled on all three sizes of fringe from the Hoop & Fringe die set.
Lastly, I stamped a sentiment from Hoop Wreath to finish this one off.

Ok, so this card features the new Catching Snowflakes stamps and dies, also paired with Hoop Wreath!
I die cut that gorgeous snowflake macrame looking piece, as well as one of the large hoops from Hoop & Fringe, and put them together. The little tabs on the snowflake are meant to be folded over and wrapped around the hoop. So I die cut the hoop from white card stock, and the snowflake from sparkly card stock! You should see it sparkle in real life!! WOW!
I stamped one of the sentiments from Catching Snowflakes around the hoop -- there are several and they're all designed with that same pretty curve.
I then stamped a few of the smaller snowflakes from Catching Snowflakes, and cut them out by hand, layering them on the hoop. Tucked in behind the snowflakes is the large greenery element from Hoop Wreath, also stamped in a wintery teal green.
PRO TIP: Don't be afraid to mix things like greenery and snowflakes! In this case, the snowflakes kind of fill the roll that flowers normally might, in that pretty spray. Not everything has to always be completely realistic in order to still be really pretty!! :)
I added another strip of that sparkly card stock along the bottom of the card, to reiterate that shine and give it a bit more razzmatazz!
